Returns

Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Items that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed promptly. Since cash on delivery is our only payment method, refunds will be issued either as store credit or by bank transfer, as agreed with the customer.
Please note that shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable.
